au2mator GmbH IS WILLING TO LICENSE au2mator – Self Service Portal (THE “SOFTWARE”) TO YOU ONLY UPON THE CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT AND ANY SUPPLEMENTARY LICENSE TERMS INCLUDED HEREWITH (THIS “AGREEMENT”). READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.
SHAREWARE LICENSE (Community)
You are hereby licensed to:
Use the shareware (Community) version of the software, limiting 2 Service Requests. Make as many copies of the unregistered shareware version of this software as you wish; give exact replicas of the original unregistered shareware version to anyone, and distribute the unregistered shareware version of the software in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.
The software may be not be sold for a fee on diskette or CD-ROM, either alone or as part of a collection with other products, without prior permission of au2mator GmbH.
You can register the shareware version at any time by purchasing a registration code. Visit our homepage https://www.au2mator.com/ for further instructions on obtaining a registration code.
REGISTERED COPY LICENSE
When you register the software, you will receive a personal code that will enable you to convert the shareware version to the full registered version. You agree not to distribute your registration code to others and use it only for your own personal use of the software. Any unauthorized distribution of your registration code will result in immediate and automatic termination of your license.
The company may use one licensed copy of the software for a single Domain Root/Tennant and trusted or Sub Domain/Tennant and installed on a single server.
The license is limited to active, Active Directory Users in your Domain/Tennant and trusted or Sub Domain/Tennant. There are different License Packs, and please visit https://www.au2mator.com/ for more details. You are only allowed to use your purchased software for the max number of users, which the license is for.
If you pass your purchased Users, there will be a threshold of 10 Users. After you pass this Limit, the software will be in Test/Trial Mode until you upgrade your license to the number of users in your AD.
Support and Maintenance will be granted for one year after the purchase date. Support and Maintenance include Support through our Support Portal. You will be allowed to use every new release within your active Support and Maintenance Time. Support and Maintenance can be bought for additional Years. See www.au2mator.com for details.
PAYMENT/ORDER
A License will be granted and sent after successful payment. As the license is custom made for each Customer, we cannot give or send a license before payment.
You can use the au2mator Portal without an active Support and Maintenance Agreement, but you will not be able to get support or new releases.
Maintenance and support have to be bought before the original Maintenance expires. We will add a fee to the Maintenance after two weeks of 15%, after one month of 25%. The license will be expired after the Maintenance ends for more than two months. In this case, it is not possible anymore to continue the Maintenance. A new License has to be bought.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As au2mator GmbH is located in Austria, within the European Union, we are referencing to the Austrian Cancellation Policy http://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/shopping/guarantees-returns/index_en.htm
As noted, au2mator License is a customized product, so we cannot provide a refund after a successful Ordering Process. Download au2mator – Self Service Portal Trial and test before purchasing a License.
After you placed the order and au2mator.com presented your license, a refund is not possible anymore.
The software is owned by au2mator GmbH and is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. You must treat the software like any other copyrighted material, except that you may make copies of the software’s shareware version to give to other persons under the terms of this agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranty — THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. THE SELLER’S LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

Sie werden hiermit lizenziert für:
Verwenden Sie die Shareware-Version (Community) der Software, die auf 2 Service beschränkt ist. Erstellen Sie so viele Kopien der nicht registrierten Shareware-Version dieser Software, wie Sie möchten; exakte Nachbildungen der ursprünglichen, nicht registrierten Shareware-Version an Dritte weiterzugeben und die nicht registrierte Shareware-Version der Software in ihrer unveränderten Form auf elektronischem Wege zu verbreiten. Für keines der oben genannten Dinge fallen keine Gebühren an.
Die Software darf ohne vorherige Zustimmung vonau2mator GmbH weder einzeln noch als Teil einer Sammlung mit anderen Produkten entgeltlich auf Diskette oder CD-ROM verkauft werden.

REGISTRIERTE KOPIERLIZENZ
Wenn Sie die Software registrieren, erhalten Sie einen persönlichen Code, mit dem Sie die Shareware-Version in die registrierte Vollversion umwandeln können. Sie stimmen zu, Ihren Registrierungscode nicht an andere weiterzugeben und ihn nur für Ihren eigenen persönlichen Gebrauch der Software zu verwenden. Jede unbefugte Weitergabe Ihres Registrierungscodes führt zur sofortigen und automatischen Beendigung Ihrer Lizenz.
Eine lizenzierte Kopie der Software darf von dem Unternehmen für die Domäne/Tennant und deren verbunden Sub/trustred Domänen/Tennants verwendet und auf einem einzelnen Server installiert werden.
Die Lizenz ist auf aktive Active Directory-Benutzer in Ihrer Domäne/Tennant und alle verbundnen Sub/trusted Domänen/Tennants beschränkt. Es gibt verschiedene Lizenzpakete, und bitte besuchen Sie https://www.au2mator.com/ für weitere Details. Sie dürfen Ihre gekaufte Software nur für die maximale Anzahl von Benutzern verwenden, für die die Lizenz gilt.
Wenn Sie Ihre gekauften Benutzer überschreiten, gibt es einen Schwellenwert von 10 Benutzern. Nachdem Sie dieses Limit überschritten haben, befindet sich die Software im Testmodus, bis Sie Ihre Lizenz auf die Anzahl der Benutzer in Ihrem AD aktualisieren.
Support und Wartung werden für ein Jahr ab Kaufdatum gewährt. Support und Wartung umfassen Support über unser Support-Portal. Sie dürfen jede neue Version innerhalb Ihrer aktiven Support- und Wartungszeit verwenden. Support und Wartung können für zusätzliche Jahre erworben werden. ZAHLUNGSAUFTRAG
Nach erfolgreicher Zahlung wird eine Lizenz erteilt und versendet. Da die Lizenz für jeden Kunden individuell angefertigt wird, können wir vor der Zahlung keine Lizenz erteilen oder versenden.
Sie können das au2mator-Portal ohne aktiven Support- und Wartungsvertrag nutzen, erhalten jedoch keinen Support oder keine neuen Releases.
Wartung und Support müssen vor Ablauf der ursprünglichen Wartung erworben werden. Auf die Wartung erheben wir nach zwei Wochen eine Gebühr von 15 %, nach einem Monat von 25 %. Die Lizenz läuft ab, wenn die Wartung länger als zwei Monate endet. In diesem Fall ist es nicht mehr möglich, die Wartung fortzusetzen. Eine neue Lizenz muss gekauft werden.
STORNIERUNGSBEDINGUNGEN

Wie bereits erwähnt, handelt es sich bei der au2mator-Lizenz um ein kundenspezifisches Produkt, daher können wir nach einem erfolgreichen Bestellvorgang keine Rückerstattung leisten. Laden Sie die Testversion von au2mator – Self Service Portal herunter und testen Sie sie, bevor Sie eine Lizenz erwerben.
Nachdem Sie die Bestellung aufgegeben und au2mator.com Ihre Lizenz vorgelegt haben, ist eine Rückerstattung nicht mehr möglich.
Die Software ist Eigentum von au2mator GmbH und ist durch Urheberrechtsgesetze und internationale Verträge geschützt. Sie müssen die Software wie jedes andere urheberrechtlich geschützte Material behandeln, mit der Ausnahme, dass Sie Kopien der Shareware-Version der Software anfertigen dürfen, um sie gemäß den Bedingungen dieser Vereinbarung an andere Personen weiterzugeben.
Gewährleistungsausschluss – DIESE SOFTWARE UND DIE BEGLEITENDEN DATEIEN WERDEN OHNE MÄNGELGEWÄHR UND OHNE AUSDRÜCKLICHE ODER STILLSCHWEIGENDE GEWÄHRLEISTUNG HINSICHTLICH DER LEISTUNG ODER MARKTFÄHIGKEIT ODER SONSTIGEN GEWÄHRLEISTUNGEN BEREITGESTELLT. ES WIRD KEINE GEWÄHRLEISTUNG DER EIGNUNG FÜR EINEN BESTIMMTEN ZWECK GEWÄHRT.
Ein gutes Datenverarbeitungsverfahren schreibt vor, dass jedes Programm gründlich mit unkritischen Daten getestet wird, bevor man sich darauf verlässt. Der Benutzer trägt das volle Risiko der Nutzung des Programms. DIE HAFTUNG DES VERKÄUFERS IST AUSSCHLIESSLICH AUF DEN ERSATZ DES PRODUKTS ODER DIE RÜCKERSTATTUNG DES KAUFPREISES BESCHRÄNKT.
