Felbermayr has been using au2mator since 2015 with System Center Orchestrator. The solution strongly supports the service desk in assisting users quickly and efficiently. Since 2026, App Registration Management has also been in use, with continuous process enhancements.
GREIWING has relied on the au2mator Self-Service Portal since 2022 in combination with PowerShell. The initial focus was on user joiner and leaver processes. Since then, additional services have been continuously developed and existing workflows optimized.
Pappas Holding has been using the au2mator portal since 2020 with Azure Automation. Since late 2025, the hybrid PIM solution has also been implemented. au2mator supports ongoing automation and continuous improvement of core IT processes.
Constantia Business Services has used au2mator since 2017 with System Center Orchestrator. The main focus lies on client and server management, including rollout and installation processes with Endpoint Manager. Services are continuously expanded.
