au2mator License Agreement

AU2MATOR.com/MICHAEL SEIDL IS WILLING TO LICENSE au2mator – Self Service Portal (THE “SOFTWARE”) TO YOU ONLY UPON THE CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT AND ANY SUPPLEMENTARY LICENSE TERMS INCLUDED HEREWITH (THIS “AGREEMENT”). READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.

SHAREWARE LICENSE (Trial)
You are hereby licensed to:
use the shareware version of the software with the limitation to 2 Service Requests and after 30 Days you will not be able to start new services; make as many copies of the unregistered shareware version of this software as you wish; give exact copies of the original unregistered shareware version to anyone; and distribute the unregistered shareware version of the software in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.

The software may be not be sold for a fee on diskette or CD-ROM, either alone or as part of a collection with other products, without prior permission of au2mator.com / Michael Seidl

You have the ability to register the shareware version at any time by purchasing a registration code. Visit our homepage http://www.au2mator.com/ for further instruction on how to obtain a registration code.

REGISTERED COPY LICENSE
When you register the software, you will receive a personal code that will enable you to convert the shareware version to the full registered version. You agree not to distribute your registration code to others and to use it only for your own personal use of the software. Any unauthorized distribution of your registration code will result in immediate and automatic termination of your license.

One licensed copy of the software may either be used by a single company for a single Domain Root, or installed on a single server.

The License is limited to active, Active Directory Users in your Domain root, there are different License Packs, please visit http://www.au2mator.com/ for more details. You are only allowed to user your puchased software for the max number of users, which the license is for.

If you pass your purchased Users, there will be a treshold of 10 Users, after you passed this Limit, Software will be in Test/Trial Mode until you upgrade your License to the amount of Users in your AD.

Support and Maintenance will be granted for one Year after the purchase Date, Support and Maintenance includes Support through our Support Portal and you will be allowed to use every new release within your active Support and Maintenance Time. Support and Maintenance can be bought for additional Years, see www.au2mator.com for details.

You can use the au2mator Portal without an active Support and Maintenance, but you will not be able to get support or new releases.

Maintenance and Support has to be bought before the original Maintenance will expire. We will add a fee to the Maintenance after 2 weeks of 15%, after 1 month of 25%. The License will be expired after the Maintenance ended for 2 Month. In this case it is not possible anymore to continue the Maintenance, a new License has to be bought.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As Michael Seidl au2mator.com e.U is located in Austria, within the European Union, we are referencing to the Austrian Cancellation Policy http://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/shopping/guarantees-returns/index_en.htm

As noted, au2mator License is a customized Product, so after a successful Ordering Process, we cannot provide a refund. Download au2mator – Self Service Portal Trial and test before purchasing a License.

After you placed the order and au2mator.com presented your License, a refund is not possible anymore.

The software is owned by au2mator.com / Michael Seidl and is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. You must treat the software like any other copyrighted material, except that you may make copies of the shareware version of the software to give to other persons under the terms of this agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranty — THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
