“Country” in LDAP Query

The „Country“ Value is not available in the Portal for LDAP Questions for the logged in user. This way we cannot configure dynamic services, as we’ll have to create a service for each country with a different LDAP filter/Scope, instead of using the parameter from the “logged in” user.

Select all option


We have a few services, where our Helpdesk can select an source user, an target user, and then see all the groups that the source user is member of.
They can then select each group, and the service will then add it to the target user – that part works.

But we would like an option to select all the groups presented, instead of having to click through all 10 groups for several pages

Return file

We want to give our users the possibility to create certificate requests through au2mator.
Some of the certificates are for public CAs / External vendors, so the CSR needs to be shipped to them.

Our Powershell handles the CSR creation, based on the questions in au2mator.
So we would like an option to return an file to au2mator, that the user then can download through the website.

Improved search function

We would like an improved search function, on the history tab.
Its easy to search the username / requester, using the current search function.
But we are missing the option to search for an given RequestID and time / date range. (Our endusers are trained, to always provide this info for us, in case they need help with something).

Custom Redirect

We would like to HAVE THE OPTION ( Not mandatory for all services), to redirect the user directly to the request status URL – fx , instead of the frontpage.

Most of our users do simple / quick tasks, but hundreds of them each day. So having to click to My Requests -> History is irritating for them.

Large field text area


We want to provide our helpdesk with the option, to set an out of office reply, that contains multiple lines of text.

As of now we only have the default text field and an multi-line text, that is based on expressions, which is to complicated to use for an helpdesk.

Can we please get an “large text field / HTML based text field”?

Send LDAP selection to next question

We have an service to remove users from AD groups, where both the User and Group question is an LDAP query.
We would like an feature to “send” the user selected in the first question, to be part of the second question – just like with “+” in Advanced Placeholder

Right now we have to return all AD users AND all AD groups, and have our Helpdesk guessing what group they should remove the user from.
