With this setting, you can choose and define you can select multiple Services on “Start a Request.”

When the setting is disabled (Default), you can only select one Service to start, and we automatically navigate to the Request Form.

When the setting is enabled, you can select multiple Services to start, and you have to click on Next to see the Service From.

Where to find

This is now easily possible.

1. Login as an Admin
2. Navigate to “Settings”
3. Stay on “General” Tab
4. Scroll down to “USER INTERFACE“
5. Activate the Checkbox “Enable Service Multiselect“
