Configure Approval For A Request

You can choose between 3 different Approver Modes when editing a Request.

1. No Approver That’s easy. If a User starts this Request, the Request will be approved immediately, and the Automation starts.
   
2. Single Approve or Deny Choose Users, Groups, or Manager as Approver. If the first User is approving or denying, the Request will be closed.
   Automation will start if the Request is approved. The Approval Automation will start for each Approver.
   If Approver is a Group or a Manager, au2mator gets all members and starts the Approval Automation for each User.
   
3. Percentage Choose Users, Groups, or Manager as Approver and configure a Percentage. If Approver is a Group or a Manager, au2mator gets all members and starts the Approval Runbook for each User.
   If the Percentage is reached, the request is approved, and the Automation will start.
   If Veto Mode is on, one User can deny this whole Request.
