Hinter Aktionen wie \u201eSync\u201c, \u201eRetire\u201c oder \u201eWipe\u201c stehen Aufrufe der Microsoft Graph API. Was ein Administrator anklicken kann, l\u00e4sst sich grunds\u00e4tzlich auch per Skript ausf\u00fchren. \u00dcber ein Anfrageformular wie im au2mator Self-Service Portal k\u00f6nnen diese Aktionen sogar Personen ohne eigene Intune-Rolle ausl\u00f6sen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Microsoft dokumentiert die verf\u00fcgbaren <a href=\"https:\/\/learn.microsoft.com\/en-us\/intune\/device-management\/actions\/\">Remote-Ger\u00e4teaktionen<\/a> auf Microsoft Learn \u2013 vom Autopilot Reset \u00fcber die Rotation eines BitLocker-Schl\u00fcssels bis zu \u201eRetire\u201c und \u201eWipe\u201c. Im Admin Center braucht es daf\u00fcr einige Klicks pro Ger\u00e4t; im Skript gen\u00fcgt oft eine Zeile mit der Ger\u00e4te-ID. Manuell bleiben einzelne Anfragen, bei denen jemand eine Entscheidung treffen muss: Ein Ger\u00e4t nach dem Austritt eines Mitarbeiters aus der Verwaltung entfernen, bei einer fehlenden App eine Synchronisierung ansto\u00dfen oder nach einem Supporteinsatz den BitLocker-Schl\u00fcssel rotieren. Diese Anfragen landen im Ticketsystem. Genau hier setzt die Automatisierung mit deinen Skripten und au2mator an.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background\" style=\"margin-top:40px;margin-bottom:40px;background-color:#8bc34a;color:#8bc34a\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warum die Intune-Ger\u00e4teverwaltung weiterhin Helpdesk-Tickets erzeugt<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Microsoft setzt daf\u00fcr auf die rollenbasierte Zugriffskontrolle (RBAC), mit der Intune-Rollen Administratorgruppen zugewiesen werden. Die integrierte Rolle \u201eHelp Desk Operator\u201c erlaubt Remote-Aufgaben f\u00fcr Benutzer und Ger\u00e4te. Benutzerdefinierte Rollen k\u00f6nnen den Zugriff auf einzelne Aktionen wie \u201eSync\u201c beschr\u00e4nken; Bereichstags und Bereichsgruppen begrenzen die betroffenen Ger\u00e4te, wie die RBAC-Dokumentation auf Microsoft Learn erl\u00e4utert. F\u00fcr besonders kritische Vorg\u00e4nge verlangt \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/learn.microsoft.com\/en-us\/intune\/fundamentals\/role-based-access-control\/multi-admin-approval\">Multi Admin Approval<\/a>\u201c eine zweite administrative Freigabe, bevor ein Ger\u00e4t gel\u00f6scht, zur\u00fcckgesetzt oder aus der Verwaltung entfernt wird.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In der Praxis bleiben drei L\u00fccken: Jeder Helpdesk-Mitarbeiter mit einer Rolle arbeitet weiterhin im Admin Center und muss geschult, \u00fcberpr\u00fcft und gegebenenfalls lizenziert werden. Freigaben betreffen nur bestimmte Aktionen und erfolgen zwischen Administratoren \u2013 nicht durch Teamleitungen oder Ger\u00e4teverantwortliche, die den Vorgang fachlich beurteilen k\u00f6nnen. Au\u00dferdem dokumentiert das Audit-Log den Klick, aber nicht unbedingt, wer die Anfrage aus welchem Grund gestellt hat. Deshalb leiten viele Teams die Tickets weiterhin an Administratoren weiter. Eine Self-Service-Ebene wie au2mator ersetzt diese Weiterleitung, ohne zus\u00e4tzliche Intune-Rollen zu vergeben.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background\" style=\"margin-top:40px;margin-bottom:40px;background-color:#8bc34a;color:#8bc34a\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vier M\u00f6glichkeiten, Intune zu automatisieren<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Automatisierung bedeutet hier: Eine Ger\u00e4teaktion wird anhand definierter Eingaben ausgef\u00fchrt \u2013 jedes Mal mit denselben Pr\u00fcfungen und einer nachvollziehbaren Protokollierung. Der dritte entscheidet, ob Skripte Tickets wirklich vermeiden oder lediglich verk\u00fcrzen. Denn solange nur Administratoren die Skripte starten k\u00f6nnen, bleibt der Helpdesk von ihnen abh\u00e4ngig.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background\" style=\"margin-top:40px;margin-bottom:40px;background-color:#8bc34a;color:#8bc34a\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PowerShell als Grundlage der Intune Automation<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das aktuelle Werkzeug ist das Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK, das das fr\u00fchere Intune-spezifische Modul abgel\u00f6st hat. Mit Connect-MgGraph stellst du die Verbindung her, mit Get-MgDeviceManagementManagedDevice liest du Ger\u00e4te aus. Aktionen f\u00fchrst du beispielsweise mit Sync-MgDeviceManagementManagedDevice, Invoke-MgRetireDeviceManagementManagedDevice oder Clear-MgDeviceManagementManagedDevice (\u201eWipe\u201c) aus. Die Dokumentation zum Retire-Cmdlet und zur <a href=\"https:\/\/learn.microsoft.com\/en-us\/graph\/api\/intune-devices-manageddevice-wipe?view=graph-rest-1.0\">Wipe-API<\/a> auf Microsoft Learn beschreibt die verf\u00fcgbaren Optionen, etwa zum Beibehalten von Registrierungs- oder Benutzerdaten.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bei den Berechtigungen passieren die meisten Fehler. Zum Lesen von Ger\u00e4ten ist DeviceManagementManagedDevices.Read.All n\u00f6tig. F\u00fcr Remote-Aktionen wie Synchronisieren, \u201eRetire\u201c, \u201eWipe\u201c oder Neustart wird DeviceManagementManagedDevices.PrivilegedOperations.All ben\u00f6tigt \u2013 eine besonders weitreichende Berechtigung, f\u00fcr die eine Administratorzustimmung erforderlich ist. F\u00fcr unbeaufsichtigte Ausf\u00fchrungen in Azure Automation empfiehlt sich eine Managed Identity mit genau den erforderlichen Anwendungsberechtigungen und zus\u00e4tzlich User.Read.All f\u00fcr die folgende Benutzerpr\u00fcfung. So m\u00fcssen keine Client-Secrets in Variablen gespeichert werden. Ein produktives Skript validiert die Eingabe, pr\u00fcft eine Schutzbedingung, f\u00fchrt die Aktion aus und protokolliert das Ergebnis. Das Skript arbeitet gleich, unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob ein Zeitplan, ein CSV-Import oder eine Person den Aufruf ausl\u00f6st.
