Zusammen bilden sie den Benutzerlebenszyklus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00dcberlege, wie viel Aufwand ein neuer Mitarbeitender heute verursacht: ein oft unvollst\u00e4ndiges HR-Ticket, die manuelle Auswahl der richtigen Organisationseinheit (OU) in Active Directory, kopierte Gruppenmitgliedschaften eines Kollegen, Postfach, Lizenz, pers\u00f6nliches Laufwerk und Willkommens-E-Mail. Jeder Durchlauf beginnt mit validierten Daten, wendet dieselben Regeln an, nutzt eine Identit\u00e4t mit genau den erforderlichen Rechten und protokolliert, wer was angefordert hat. Dieser Beitrag behandelt die drei Phasen, die m\u00f6glichen Automatisierungsans\u00e4tze und die h\u00e4ufig \u00fcbersehene Frage: Wer startet den Prozess, wenn HR und Teamleitungen keine Administratorrechte besitzen? Die kurze Antwort lautet: <strong>eine Self-Service-Ebene wie das au2mator Self-Service Portal vor den bereits vorhandenen Skripten<\/strong>. Die ausf\u00fchrliche Antwort folgt.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background\" style=\"margin-top:40px;margin-bottom:40px;background-color:#8bc34a;color:#8bc34a\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Joiner: Onboarding mit einer Anfrage statt zw\u00f6lf Tickets<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Automatisiertes Onboarding beginnt mit einem <strong>klar definierten Datenmodell<\/strong>. Lege fest, welche Angaben die Anfrage enthalten muss (Name, Abteilung, Position, F\u00fchrungskraft, Startdatum, Standort) und welche Werte sich aus Regeln ableiten lassen: etwa die OU aus dem Standort, Gruppen aus Abteilung und Position, die Lizenz aus der Rolle sowie Anzeigename und User Principal Name (UPN) aus einer Namenskonvention. Je weniger Freitextfelder, desto weniger Tickets wegen falscher Gruppenzuordnungen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Skript muss nicht kompliziert sein. <a href=\"https:\/\/learn.microsoft.com\/en-us\/powershell\/module\/activedirectory\/new-aduser\">New-ADUser auf Microsoft Learn<\/a> erstellt das Konto mit allen Attributen, Add-ADGroupMember weist Gruppen zu, Exchange- und Microsoft-Graph-Cmdlets richten Postfach und Lizenz ein, und einige zus\u00e4tzliche Zeilen erzeugen das Benutzerverzeichnis. Aus einem Hilfsskript wird eine echte Onboarding-Automatisierung, wenn der umgebende Workflow vorhandene Konten pr\u00fcft, jeden Schritt protokolliert, die F\u00fchrungskraft informiert und ein verst\u00e4ndliches Ergebnis zur\u00fcckgibt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Detail zahlt sich sp\u00e4ter aus: Speichere die Anfrageparameter beim Benutzerkonto, damit der Leaver-Prozess r\u00fcckg\u00e4ngig machen kann, was beim Eintritt eingerichtet wurde. Bei Austritten wird h\u00e4ufig ein Ticket angelegt, weil HR den Vorgang dokumentiert. Bei internen Wechseln kommt dagegen bestenfalls eine E-Mail: \u201eAnna arbeitet jetzt im Vertrieb.\u201c Das Konto beh\u00e4lt die Gruppen aus der Finanzabteilung und bekommt die Vertriebsgruppen dazu. Nach drei Wechseln besitzt Anna wom\u00f6glich Zugriffe auf die halbe Organisation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Mover-Prozess nutzt dieselbe Automatisierungslogik, aber mit anderen Eingaben: dem Benutzer und den neuen Stammdaten. Er berechnet die Zielgruppen aus Abteilung und Position, vergleicht sie mit den aktuellen Mitgliedschaften, entfernt \u00fcberholte und erg\u00e4nzt fehlende Berechtigungen. Anschlie\u00dfend werden F\u00fchrungskraft, Position und Lizenz aktualisiert sowie beide F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte informiert.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn du nach dem Onboarding nur eine weitere Phase automatisierst, w\u00e4hle diese. Hier entsteht schleichend die Ansammlung unn\u00f6tiger Berechtigungen (Permission Creep).<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background\" style=\"margin-top:40px;margin-bottom:40px;background-color:#8bc34a;color:#8bc34a\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Leaver: Offboarding, das tats\u00e4chlich abgeschlossen wird<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Manuelles Offboarding folgt oft einem bekannten Muster: Am letzten Arbeitstag wird das Konto deaktiviert, alles Weitere passiert \u201esp\u00e4ter\u201c. Verwaiste Postf\u00e4cher behalten ihre Lizenzen, und externe Mitarbeitende haben Monate nach ihrem Austritt noch Gastkonten.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein automatisierter Leaver-Prozess arbeitet nach einem festen Zeitplan. Am letzten Arbeitstag deaktiviert er das Konto, setzt das Passwort zur\u00fcck, widerruft Sitzungen in Entra ID, entfernt Gruppenmitgliedschaften, verschiebt das Konto in eine Austritts-OU und richtet eine E-Mail-Weiterleitung an die F\u00fchrungskraft ein. Nach der \u00dcbergabephase \u2013 beispielsweise 30 Tagen \u2013 wird das Postfach in ein freigegebenes Postfach umgewandelt, die Lizenz entfernt, OneDrive \u00fcbergeben und das pers\u00f6nliche Laufwerk gesichert und gel\u00f6scht. Nach Ablauf der Aufbewahrungsfrist wird das Konto gel\u00f6scht. Jeder Schritt l\u00e4uft geplant anhand des gespeicherten Austrittsdatums, auch wenn sich niemand mehr aktiv darum k\u00fcmmert.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Derselbe Ablauf kann mit einem zuk\u00fcnftigen Datum geplante Austritte und Vertragsenden abdecken. Eines kann er allerdings nicht ersetzen: den Ausl\u00f6ser. Jemand muss den Austritt melden \u2013 und diese Person arbeitet meist in HR, nicht in der IT. Fehlt ein HR-Konnektor oder endet die Lizenzierung bei P1, bleiben eigene Skripte eine wichtige Ausf\u00fchrungsbasis.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Skript zur Benutzeranlage bleibt dasselbe \u2013 unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob es eine Suite, ein Zeitplan oder ein Mensch startet.
