au2mator is happy to release Version 5.
This is not one of our typical Releases. This was our biggest Release in the past nine years.
Not cause we added so many features because we did a new design and some significant technical Changes under the hood.
For this, we wrote some Notes we would like you to read.
Test before Production
Yes, this Release took us longer than planned, but we wanted to provide a smooth migration and a good start with 5. x Experience.
We spent countless hours testing, but as you might know, things you cannot be prepared for can happen in IT.
We recommend you test this Release before going into Production. We have written a KB article to help you prepare a test installation.

If you experience problems with 5.0, you have multiple ways to get help.
- Customers can send a Mail to support (a) au2mator.com or navigate to https://click.au2mator.com/SubmitTicket to create a Ticket.
- We added a public Forum with different Topics for everyone and a Special “au2mator 5.0 Release” Forum where you can post four Feedback, Problems, and all the other Stuff
How to get the New Release
As always, Customers can download the Release in the Customer Area (https://support.au2mator.com/support/solutions/articles/103000263837-how-to-access-au2mator-customer-area) for free and use it with an active License and Maintenance.
